These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the juya baji platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are bound by and agree to these Terms.

juya baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account at juya baji and take part in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete, and the account must be registered in your own name.

• Each person may register only one account.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or information is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to the user.
• juya baji may request supporting documents for identity verification when required.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the juya baji support team immediately.

juya baji will not be liable for any financial or other loss arising from user negligence or sharing of login details.

Mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh can be used to deposit funds at juya baji. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits must be sent from a method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Ensure the correct details for each transaction.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to deposit. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on any active bonus is fully met.
• juya baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

juya baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specific terms and conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

• Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,500 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
• A bonus is a gift — it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• The bonus can be claimed only once and may be restricted to specific games.

Each promotional offer at juya baji has its own terms and conditions. Weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket season bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards — each has separate wagering requirements and validity periods.

• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible unless specifically permitted.
• Each offer has a set validity period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• juya baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Once a bet is placed at juya baji it cannot be withdrawn, unless a "Cash Out" option is available in specific circumstances. If a bet is left in an uncertain state due to a technical error or system failure, juya baji will make a decision after a fair review.

• Cricket betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournaments.
• Official results are used to determine outcomes; protests or appeals are not considered unless the governing authority makes a change.
• The maximum bet amount for an event is displayed separately for each market.

All slots and live casino games are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. RTP (Return to Player) information is available in the information section of each game. The outcome of every game is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and is completely impartial.

If a technical problem occurs while playing a game, notify the support team immediately through live chat. No bet can be cancelled after a round has been completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at juya baji and, if found, may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Participation in betting and gaming activities at juya baji is entirely at the user's own decision and risk. Users should play with awareness and bet within their own financial means. The possibility of financial loss in betting and gaming is always present.

juya baji will not under any circumstances be liable for a user's indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. juya baji is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection, disruption to third-party services, or natural disasters.

• Brief interruptions may occur for routine platform maintenance.
• juya baji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment methods.
• juya baji reserves the right to correct any incorrectly claimed bonus.

juya baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or documents.
• Evidence of bonus fraud or creation of multiple accounts.
• Suspected suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
• Failure to meet the required age limit.

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, contact the support team. You are advised to withdraw all valid balance before closing your account.

Self-exclusion or limit-setting options are available, which users can use as part of responsible gaming practice.

If you have a dispute or complaint, first contact the juya baji support team. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email. The support team will generally review each complaint and try to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If any provision or part of these Terms is found to be ineffective or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force. The invalidity of one provision will not affect the entire agreement.
